  • If you live in a place where the climate is very cold, then you have to make sure that you remove the salt deposits on your car. If they are left unattended, then they will slowly gyrate into rust. If your car gets rusted, then you will have to shell out a lot of money to get it done. Also if you reside in extremely cold places, then your car has to be kept inside, as the cold atmosphere can wreck the engine parts of the car.
  • To avoid your engine from getting overheated, make sure there is enough coolant in the car.
  • Check the condition of the tires in regular intervals. If you find there is a small problem, then get it checked immediately, because, you definately don’t want to have problems when you are going for a long drive with your family and friends.
  • If any of your tires get punctured and if you have replaced it with the spare one, get the punctured one repaired as soon as possible, do not ignore.
  • Also clean the fuel and the air filters too, regularly. To make sure you don’t forget it, you can make it a point to check both these filters, everytime you change the engine oil.
  • If your car demands servicing, then do not delay it. Follow the user manual and send your car for servicing on time as mentioned in the manual.
